firms win work on capability. They lose it on presentation.
We fix that.

About
The Intersection of Sales, Design and Outcomes

Christin has spent her career at the intersection of B2B partnerships and brand execution. Over a decade in business development including civil and access equipment hire. Six years on the operational side of a creative agency. And the experience of raising seed capital from the ground up.

Sales gave her the commercial instinct. Agency polished the execution. Raising capital taught her how to make a business credible to people who have no reason to trust it yet.

'Strate exists because that combination is rare, and the sector needs it.

We do not execute without question. We make capable operators easier to trust, easier to choose, and harder to overlook.

If the business is ready the conversation is straightforward.

The first step is a concept call, not a pitch. It's a conversation about the business, where it's heading, and whether ‘Strate is the right partner for the next stage. If it feels right, we move forward. If it doesn’t, I'll let you know.

FAQ’s
How do I know if my business is the right fit?

If you have been operating for five or more years, grown through referral, and the way your business presents itself has stopped keeping pace with the work you are winning — you are probably the right fit. If you are a start-up, after a quick logo, or want someone to run your social media, you are not. A concept call is the fastest way to find out.

Have you worked with businesses like mine?

'Strate works exclusively with construction, civil, and built environment firms. The thinking, the language, and the commercial framing all come from someone who has spent time inside this industry. We understand how procurement decisions are made and what sales tools and websites actually need to do.

How long does a project take?

The Posture and Platform infrastructure build runs four to six months depending on the scope and how quickly content, approvals, and decisions come through. Additional Push activity is discussed where the fit is right and the scope and structure of that support depends on where the business is at that point.

Do I need to have content before we start?

No — and we don't expect it. Content collection (copy, imagery, proof assets) is structured into the process at the right stage, with a clear brief on exactly what is needed and when. What we do need from the start is a decision-maker who is available, a clear picture of where the business is heading, and a commitment to the process.

Who owns the files when the project is finished?

You do. All final approved deliverables are handed over WITH their native source files and the website is transferred to your own Webflow account. No restrictions, no additional fee, no files held back pending a future relationship. We do this because the work should serve your business — not keep you tethered to ours.
